Several companies manufacture hearing aids today. You can even distinguish them one from the other by the brand names on them. You should use these to identify the type you are buying each time, all the time. Using the wrong kind of hearing aid could be dangerous to you. Often, they are designed to be worn behind the ear so that they amplify the sound before it goes in. However, some hearing aid types are actually designed to be worn inside your head. This type you don’t even get to take off for any reason because it is done digitally. Its up to you which type you prefer.
